The Double DAC
Despite its size, the BTR5 2021 delivers powerful performance. It features dual ESS SABRE ES9219C digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with impressive specifications: -114dB THD+N and 130dB SNR.

It's all in the balance
With both balanced and single-ended outputs, the BTR5 2021 offers superior audio performance. In its balanced configuration, each audio channel is powered separately by its own DAC and amplifier, ensuring exceptional clarity and precision.

Asynchronous decoding
Thanks to the XMOS XUF208 control chip, the BTR5 2021 supports asynchronous audio decoding via USB. It handles up to 384kHz PCM and Native DSD, ensuring high-quality sound reproduction.

State-of-the-art Bluetooth 5.0
Equipped with the Qualcomm CSR 8675 Bluetooth 5.0 chip, the BTR5 2021 supports lossless 24-bit audio transmission with a wide range of codecs, including AAC, SBC, aptX, aptX LL, aptX HD, and LDAC, eliminating the need for downsampling.

MQA mode
The BTR5 2021 now supports MQA (Master Quality Authenticated), enabling high-resolution, master-quality sound files that are optimized for mobile devices while maintaining compact file sizes.

Independent dual crystal oscillators
To ensure accurate reproduction of 24-bit lossless audio, the BTR5 2021 incorporates dual crystal oscillators (45.1584/49.152 MHz). These minimize jitter for a more stable and immersive listening experience.

With its built-in 550mAh battery, the BTR5 2021 charges fully in just 90 minutes and offers up to 9 hours of playtime.

Crystal clear calls
The BTR5 2021 features a built-in omnidirectional microphone with cVc 8.0 noise cancellation technology. This adjusts microphone gain and reduces background noise, ensuring clear voice calls. You can also use an external 3.5mm headset if preferred.

Auto USB mode
When connected via USB, the BTR5 2021 automatically prompts you to switch to "USB Audio Adapter" mode, which disables charging and turns the device into an audio dongle, allowing it to function as an audio interface for your phone or other devices.
