This is a return to the essentials with a modern edge. Equipped with advanced connectivity options like Wi-Fi DLNA/Airplay, Bluetooth, and USB Drive support, the EH3 delivers fully independent, lossless playback for an immersive listening experience.

    Unmatched Sound Quality

    At the core of the EH3 is the flagship ESS ES9039SPRO 8-channel DAC, paired with a fully balanced amplifier built around four OPA1612 chips. Combined with our proprietary FPGA, KDS precision crystal oscillators, and the powerful XMOS XU316 USB chip, the EH3 delivers high-end performance that exceeds expectations.

    It packs a punch with up to 1,900 mW @ 32 Ohm and 205 mW @ 300 Ohm in Single-Ended mode, and an impressive 5,300 mW @ 32 Ohm and 700 mW @ 300 Ohm in Balanced mode. As the second most powerful amplifier in our lineup, it easily drives even the most demanding audiophile headphones.

    Intuitive Control and Versatility

    The EH3 uses the same intuitive system and control interface as our acclaimed ET3 CD Transport, ensuring effortless navigation. A multifunctional wheel adjusts volume and navigates menus, while dedicated playback and input buttons are conveniently placed on top of the unit. The circular display on the front offers easy access to a simplified control system, and with the Eddict Player app, you can control it directly from your smartphone or tablet. For added convenience, the EH3 also comes with a simple remote control.

    A standout feature of the EH3 is its ability to play lossless audio directly from a USB Drive, functioning independently without the need for a separate digital source or computer. Supporting all major audio formats and Hi-Res files up to PCM 32/768 and DSD512, it provides unmatched flexibility in playback options.

    Effortless Wireless Connectivity

    Designed for seamless wireless audio, the EH3 supports both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. As a versatile Bluetooth receiver, it offers support for LDAC, aptX HD, aptX, and AAC, delivering high-quality sound. On local networks, it easily syncs with Airplay 1 and DLNA apps, integrating smoothly with your home system.

    The rear panel offers extensive input and output options, ensuring the EH3 fits into any Hi-Fi setup. Use it as a DAC via USB, Optical, Coaxial, or I2S HDMI, or as a pure amplifier with RCA Analog inputs. Whether connecting to a power amplifier or active monitors, the combination of RCA and XLR Analog outputs can be configured for line-out or pre-amp mode.

    Comprehensive Headphone Outputs

    With four different headphone outputs, the EH3 accommodates a wide variety of headphones. You can choose between single-ended outputs with 3.5mm or 6.35mm jacks, or go for balanced output via a 4.4mm jack or 4-pin XLR connector.
