Return Policy
Merchandise can be exchanged within 14 business days. Merchandise must have all original packaging and must be in original condition. Used or damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
Any returns that have items missing may be refused or the value of the missing items may be deducted from the credit. Opened merchandise being returned may be subject to a restocking fee (minimum 15%) based on their overall condition.
Layton Audio reserves the right to refuse exchanges if they do not comply with any of their policies.
Customer assumes all shipping fees.
Exchanges can be done in store within 14 business days with proof of purchase.
The following products cannot be exchanged:
1. Opened In-Ear headphones
2. Opened Monster Products
3. Opened Beats by Dre Products
4. Satellite Radio, Internet radio, Cable/Satellite boxes,turntables and other consumable items that require activation cannot be returned once opened or activated. If there is a problem with the product, they can be exchanged within 14 days if they meet our exchange conditions.
Returns for exhange or warranty not accompanied by the original invoice will be denied.
No exchanges on special orders or custom orders.
No refunds.
Shipping
Shipping time usually 5-10 business days. May vary according to product availability or any unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping within Canada only.
Warranty
For warranty purposes, customer can ship defective product back to Layton Audio within the first 30 days of purchase. Beyond 30 days customer must contact the manufacturer directly.
All products have a manufacturer warranty.
Layton Audio is an authorised reseller for all the products it sells.
